Guests will enjoy an afternoon wine and cheese pairing on the farm featuring our own farmstead cheeses alongside other culinary delights handcrafted by chefs Jen Irwin & Stan Walton of Just A Taste & Here. in Hector. All alongside wine pairings from Damiani Wine Cellars.
This is a rif on the Taste of the Finger Lakes style event. Except each of the seven tables have a Remembrance Farm-made cheese, a Damiani Wine Cellars wine, and a couple of food things that I hope are good accompaniments for both. All the tables have a vegetarian thing. Most also have a meat thing. Also, it doesn't matter when you arrive! It's not a formal sit down event. It's a walk around, talk, drink wine, eat cheese event.
Food followed by a farm tour with Nathaniel and Emily Thompson of Remembrance Farm. 100% of the nights profits will benefit Full Plate Farm Collective Subsidized CSA members.
