  • Backbone Farm

    BEEF

    Organically raised 100% grass-fed and pasture-finished beef. We practice management intensive rotational grazing for optimal animal, pasture and soil health. Our herd lives from birth to butcher in our care on 105 acres of perennial pasture and silvopasture. A bulk order is the most economical way to enjoy high-quality meat.     Open Spaces’ flock of Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rock, Ameraucana, Buff Orpington and Araucana Bantams produces a range of gorgeous brown and green eggs (pastured, organic feed).   • Remembrance Farm Dairy

    CHEESE, YOGURT, MILK

  • Snow Farm Creamery

    CHEESE

    We are a creamery in Brooktondale, NY that specializes in making raw cow milk cheeses. We make cheese in small batches one day a week using milk from our neighbor's Jersey herd.

    We make a variety of cheeses including Gouda, Feta, Swiss, Asiago, Caerphilly, and Stilton. More info.

  • Woodpepper Bakery

    BREAD

    We will be a naturally leavened, organic bread shop producing loaves that have our own character due to the methods and intentions we bring to our bread making process. We will focus on making breads from high extraction and wholemeal type flours (mostly but not exclusively) that are leavened with a starter culture and hydrated fully to help aid in better digestion.

  • Double E Forest Farm

    SHIITAKES

    Mike and Jennifer Edmondson of Willseyville provide Full Plate members with great, organically grown shiitake mushrooms. This year the share runs twelve weeks and includes 12 ounces (3/4 lb) of fresh log-grown shiitake mushrooms weekly. Full and Half size shares available for all your mushroom needs!

    Dates TBA. The Mushroom season typically runs late June into early fall.
